XML Europe proposal deadline this Friday

The folks at GCA -- the XML/SGML association -- have asked me to
remind everyone that this Friday, December 4, is the last day for the
submission of proposals for papers and tutorials to be presented at
XML Europe '99, which will be held April 26-30 in Granada, Spain. For
