vcard DTD

for some reason my last post got screwed up. I was just trying to offer
the vcard DTD that had been asked for.

It was originally posted in August - but now it looks like it was
updated October 15th. (this and other goodies, by the way, are under
the DTD resource guide at xml.com :-)
