In your case, <s:schema>...</s:schema> is the Document Element. (There can
only be one).
So the only thing allowed after </s:schema> is a comment or PI, hence
mxsml's error.
Also, the XML Declaration should be <?xml version='1.0' ?> (ie lower case
xml)
