Although now IBM, MS, and Tim B. have submitted the DCD proposal, which=

believe
supersedes MS' proposed XML-Data spec. DCD is kind of a mixture of XML-=
Data and
RDF schemes. Since IBM, MS, and Tim are behind it, it probably stands a=
good
chance
of making it I would think.

The proposed schema has been accepted and posted on the W3C site today =
I think.
Everyone
should check it out and comment.
