Writing about XML

I am preparing a newspaper article on XML for a well known German compute=

magazine. The editor mentioned a W3C press release on the topic, which I=20
can=B4t find anywhere. Can someone point me to it/send it ? Have I missed
any pointers that can=B4t be found on www.w3.org, www.sil.org or
www.textuality.com ?
