I have what I would like to be a well-formed, but not valid, document:
<!DOCTYPE mydocname [
<!ENTITY entityname "Some replacement text">
]>
<mydocname>&entityname;</mydocname>
Question:
If I have to include a !DOCTYPE declaration in order to declare
entities, am I also forced to declare the root element with an !ELEMENT
decl. too?
Thanks,
Peter Jones
