I can live with XTD although I'm not thrilled with it.

I like XSchema, but am a little worried about what it implies. Coming =
from the=20
database world, a schema to me means not only structure, but also data =
types,=20
field length, privileges, keys, etc., which do not seem to be in our =
initial=20
charter, although they might be in a later one.

Some other possibilities:
XStructure / XStruct (I wrote this before reading Paul's latest. =
Really.)
XEL (XML Element Language)
XDL (XML Definition Language -- matches DDL (Data Definition Language) =
in the=20
database world)
